How to Enroll

Step 1:

Are you ready to change your life and begin your healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Phlebotomist ?  If the answer is yes, complete and submit your online application here.

Step 2:

(or download or print and email) If you do not have time to complete the online application all at once, feel free to download the application and complete on your own time. Please write your responses legibly.

When you are finished, save your document and email the form back to us at (info@aspiring-future.com)

Step 3:

Once we receive your completed application, we will reach out to you to schedule a day and time for you to come to our office to complete the application process which requires some additional information and/or copies of documents.

Step 4:

Here is the most exciting part. Once all of the below information is reviewed and received, you will be granted access to the next CNA/ Phlebotomy Training Course.

• Completed Student Application 

• Non-Refundable deposit to secure your seat that applies towards your tuition call for price.

• Criminal Background Check/Waiver (CNA ONLY)

• TB Skin Test (Healthcare Express charges $15.00) (CNA Program Requirement Only)

• Proof of COVID vaccination (CNA Program Requirement Only)

• Full Payment of Tuition or Payment Plan Arrangement with signed agreement

• Completed PayPal or Afterpay agreement form signed

• Copies of social security card, driver’s license/ID , and high school diploma/GED (No expired documents)
